  • To help people through sharing my passion in health and my extensive experience and knowledge to guide clients of all ages on their fitness journey, with the goal of a better quality of life and version of themselves!​

  • I am a HIT trainer, specifically utilizing a low impact and high intensity training protocol based on world renowned fitness master’s teachings, such as Arthur Jones and Doug McGuff. At the age of 13, I developed a true passion and depth of knowledge in health, fitness and nutrition. Through acquaintances in the fitness world, I began a deeper journey to learn about how effective high intensity and low force training is.​

Being an entrepreneur for over 19 years, including owning and managing 4 health supplement stores in Central Florida, and being a father of 2 vivacious boys, I understand the importance of being healthy, keeping active and most of all, muscle development.
